Mishaberach List
Mishaberach List
Our sages tell us that G-d does not reject the “prayers of the many” (TB Brachot 8A). Thus, the tradition evolved that when one wants to pray for someone who is ill, they bring their name to the Rabbi or Gabbai to be part of the Mishabearch prayer. The Misheberach is recited in synagogue when the Torah is read. The Rabbi and Ritual Committee will see that this blessing is said for your relative or friend. Please provide us with the information requested below so that we can honor your request. We will keep the person's name active on our list for a period of one month, after which the name may be resubmitted.
