Dear Congregants:

Attached is the proba schedule and dinner reservation form for February 5th and 6th, 2010 as we welcome Rabbi and Mrs. Marc Mandel to our community. We encourage you to attend as many events as possible. The Friday night dinner will again be open to members only. All other events will be open to the entire community, including the Friday evening program after the dinner.

Whether you could attend the dinner or not, we are asking if you would like to co-sponsor the weekend to help defray some of the costs. The minimum suggested donation is $50. Please indicate your sponsorship on the dinner reservation from. The cutoff date to submit the dinner reservation form to the shul office is Tuesday, February 2, 2010.

We have also arranged for children's programming in the lower level during the times the Rabbi is speaking so that both men and women could both attend.

Each member will be asked to complete an evaluation form after the proba weekend is completed. The forms for Rabbi Mandel will be available Saturday night at the Question and Answer session, in the shul office, or on our web site at www.ohav.org. The evaluation forms will be due back by February 12, 2010.
