Dear Congregants:

Attached is the proba schedule and dinner reservation form for January 15th and 16th, 2010 as we welcome Rabbi and Mrs. Ira Ebbin to our community. We encourage you to attend as many events as possible. Since we cannot predict how many people will sign up for the dinner Friday evening, the dinner will open to members only. All other events will be open to the entire community, including the Friday evening program after the dinner.

Whether you could attend the dinner or not, we are asking if you would like to co-sponsor the weekend to help defray some of the costs. The minimum suggested donation is $50. Please indicate your sponsorship on the dinner reservation from. The cutoff date to submit the dinner reservation form to the shul office is Tuesday, January 12, 2010.

We have also arranged for children's programming in the lower level during the times the Rabbi is speaking so that both men and women could both attend.

Lastly, each member will be asked to complete an evaluation form after the proba weekend is completed. Forms will be available Saturday night at the Question and Answer session, in the shul office, or on our web site at www.ohav.org. The evaluation forms will be due back by February 1, 2010.
